49-MIN ANKLE WEIGHTS & DUMBBELLS
This is a 49-minute total body workout. In this session you will get a great workout, using your using weights if you have them. I am using 8lbs dumbbells and 3lbs ankle weights, I recommend you use weights between 5 - 10lbs. If you are not sure what weight to use, start with a lighter weight and work your way up. Listen to your body and modify weights and/or repetitions if needed. We begin with a warm-up stretch, then proceed to 3 circuits that we repeat 3 times before moving to the next, and finish with a cool-down stretch.
These total body workouts will target every part of your body, making you feel stronger with a sense of accomplishment after completion. Always listen to your body and if you need to adjust repetitions and use modifications provided for some exercises, please do.
