This is a 45-minute workout with resistance bands. You will get a great workout, targeting every part of the body. This circuit contains 4 exercises and we repeat the circuit 3 times together!
For lower body I recommend the fabric booty resistance bands and for upper body latex resistance bands that are more narrow- both types are shown in the video. These bands usually come in a pack with different resistance you can use, depending on what level you are at. For upper body I recommend the light or medium and for lower body, medium, heavy or extra heavy.
