43-MIN BODYWEIGHT TRAINING - no equipment necessary

This is a 43-minute total body workout. In this session you will get a great workout, using your own body weight, no equipment needed. By using your body weight for resistance, it enhances strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. We begin with a warm-up stretch, then proceed to 3 circuits that we repeat 3 times before moving to the next and finish with a cool-down stretch.

These 40-45 min total body workouts will target every part of your body, making you feel stronger with a sense of accomplishment after completion. Always listen to your body and if you need to adjust repetitions and use modifications provided for some exercises, please do.
